The feeling of achievement and pride you get when you change a building that looks old and tired into something new and amazing is the most rewarding feeling you can get. Seeing my clients' faces as they watch the magic unfold is super exciting.
My Builder’s Licence (Unlimited) allows me to run and manage my jobs. I have an amazing team of four, reliable trades, high-quality suppliers, and, most importantly, I have a long list of very happy and appreciative clients.
My wife, Michelle, is my business partner. Her extensive knowledge and her ability to envisage the end result and offer advice on layout and design have assisted many of my clients along the way. Along with her assistance in helping clients at the beginning of their projects, Michelle also brings 20+ years of experience in customer service, marketing, finance, and project management to the business.
We recently moved to Rosebud on a one-acre property which we love. Prior to that, we renovated our first home in Frankston South...the transformation of our old 60s brick veneer into an open plan, light-filled, and calming retreat was so satisfying that we’re ready to do it all over again on our new property.
We have two little Shit Tzu x Maltese dogs, Buddy and Bolt, who bring us so much joy at the end of a hard day’s work. Our dogs are our Wilkinson Builders mascots and, if clients allow, they go to the worksite each day and supervise the team.
When we do find time to relax, we travel, explore the amazing places on the Mornington Peninsula, we head to the beautiful beach down the road in summer with our dogs and entertain our family and friends in our home.
